Hemingway's is a landmark Pitt bar right in the heart of  campus.  Besides being the closest bar to the Cathedral, Hem's boasts great specials, a great atmosphere, and great bartenders (The Dynamic Duo of Referees: Lynn and Katie).  If you treat them well and make regular appearances, you may even be eligible for one of their coveted V.I.P. glasses.  Stop in for some delicious food that will stimulate your taste sense, whether getting a nice pasta dish or some bar munchies (kitchen open late).  It has a great crowd watching every Pittsburgh game, enjoying happy hour, or dancing in random places.  If you want to see how Pitt students have fun, Hem's is a must-see location, plus you might run into a few professors.  It has won over the hearts of many students from the past, present, and it will win over students in the future.  Hem's is here to stay.
