P-Caf is located right on Meyran a stones throw from Forbes.  You'll immediately noticed the busy front patio, and people up on the balcony and outdoor stairs that lead to the second floor.  When you walk in you will find the first bar, then more stairs to go to the second floor, where a lot of the action happens, including the second bar, dancing, and live music.  Another set of stairs leads to the third bar tucked up above the dance floor.  Definitely not a dive bar, this place is pretty classy for Oakland.  You will not be disappointed, and probably impressed.
